I made a thing…vegetarian lasagna

I made a thing returns this year!  I made my husband some vegetarian lasagna!

First you set out all of your ingredients.

You will need:

  • cooked lasagna noodles
  • a jar of Prego spicy red pepper sauce (or any other pasta sauce you want to use)
  • a jar of HEB spinach and cheese sauce (again you can use any sauce)
  • sautéed onions
  • spinach and arugula
  • broccoli and 16 oz of mozzarella cheese mixed together
  • ricotta cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • feta cheese

Then you will layer sauce, then noodles, then the cheese broccoli mixture, onions, the spinach and arugula mixture, and keep doing this until your pan is full.  Then cover with more sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan and feta cheese.

Cover it with foil and put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour, or until cheese is bubbly.

There you have it! The lasagna is done, and you will have a happy Wade.
